Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements are confirmed after route, vehicle and schedule details are reviewed. Available payment options may vary depending on the service type, booking amount and client location.

After a quotation is confirmed, available payment methods may include PayPal invoice, WeChat Pay, Alipay or bank transfer. A booking is normally treated as confirmed only after the agreed payment arrangement is completed.

Quotation & Availability

A quotation does not guarantee vehicle availability until the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms may vary depending on vehicle type, schedule, distance and special arrangements. For standard airport transfers and city transfers, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible.

No-Show

If a client does not arrive at the agreed pickup location and cannot be contacted within a reasonable waiting period, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Flight Delays

Flight delays are handled with reasonable flexibility when a valid flight number is provided in advance.
